A. Diversity of Ethnic Groups in Indonesia
Since time immemorial the Indonesian nation is known as a pluralistic society. This is reflected in the motto "Unity in Diversity" which means different but still one. Pluralism that is made up of diverse ethnic, cultural, religious, racial, and language.

Customs, arts, kinship, language, and physical form which is owned by tribes that exist in Indonesia is different, but in addition to differences in the tribes that also have other similarities between law, land rights, fellowship, and social life is based on kinship.
1. Regional Distribution of Origin Ethnic Groups in Indonesia
Ethnic groups addalah human group that is bound by the unity of consciousness and cultural identity. People who belong to one particular ethnic group, must have self-awareness and identity of the tribe culture, for example in the use of local languages and loves the arts and customs.
