Obama: Never like Iraq Libya

WASHINGTON, - President of the United States (U.S.), Barack Obama affirmed, Libya would not be like Iraq. U.S., Obama said Monday, was no longer able to issue a registration fee incurred for the Iraq war in a military attempt to overthrow Libyan leader Moammar Qaddafi.
